Albuquerque's Open Spaces

Here is a picture from the Open Spaces Visitor's Center in ABQ. The sandhill cranes in the background are feeding on sorgum and mice! The kids had fun watching them from the 'tower' at the top of the building, as well as walking along the Center's gardens and courtyards. You really couldn't ask for a more perfect winter day; blue skies, no wind, 60 degrees, warm in the sun!
